Communication channels (social media, websites, etc.)

Describe how they integrate to generate value for the company. Are costumer’s vendors, suppliers, partners or others outside of the company included in this integration?

An important goal of a company’s “Digital Transformation” they should be able to improve and strengthen its customer relationship. Can this be observed in the company you have chosen? 

In your opinion, how has the use of Business Intelligence changed the services associated with the company’s core product? 

What are the main elements that have given the company a sustainable business advantage? What degree of importance would you give to IT in this process? 

Are there any ethical concerns in the way they are using IS? (Since smart technologies use up more power specify that concern)

Analyse the information you have gathered and develop a series of iniatives that seek to improve the company’s current IS practices. How would you measure any progress?
