Include the following components to assure full points:
1. 3 Page Minimum (double spaced). STUDENTS WHO SUBMIT 2 1/2 PAGES WILL GET POINTS DEDUCTED.

a. 8 pts
Mission Statement includes 2 or more values or principles.
b. 8 pts
Specific Desire of mission is clearly described. Creates an articulate image for change. The goal of this section is to define and elaborate on each of the values and principles.
c. 4 pts
A minimum of 3 Goals that are fully supported by data, best practices, or pedagogy/research. MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE CITATIONS/REFERENCES IN THIS SECTION.
